What is Faith Promise?
Faith Promise is a biblical way of giving that invites believers to prayerfully trust God to provide resources they can give above and beyond their regular tithes and offerings for global missions.
Rather than being a pledge or fundraising campaign, a Faith Promise commitment is a personal commitment between an individual and God. No one tracks the amount or follows up with reminders. It is simply an opportunity for people to trust God and participate in His mission around the world.
At SCN, Faith Promise giving helps support the Church of the Nazarene’s World Evangelism Fund (WEF).
What is the World Evangelism Fund?
The World Evangelism Fund is the primary missions funding system of the Church of the Nazarene.
Unlike designated offerings that support a single missionary or project, the World Evangelism Fund makes it possible for our denomination to work together globally by helping provide:
Missionary support
Church planting
Leadership development
Evangelism initiatives
Compassionate ministries
Translation and discipleship resources
Ministry in more than 160 world areas
